Ordering
The customer can order courses, books, seminars, tickets, or other products and services through the electronic order form. Anyone who orders at least one product or service, fills out the required information, and confirms the order is considered a customer. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices may also be displayed in other currencies for informational purposes.
Payment
Ordered products and services can be paid for online using credit cards such as Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.
Payment Security

Delivery and Access to Products
- Digital products and courses: Upon successful payment, the purchased content becomes available on the customer’s account on our website.
- Physical products: Books and other materials are shipped within 5 (five) business days after order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the shipment upon receipt and must report any damage to the delivery service immediately. The vendor disclaims responsibility for damages incurred during delivery.
If the shipment does not arrive within the expected timeframe, the customer must notify us so we can locate the shipment or send a replacement.
Complaints
FER TRANSFORMACIJE DOO guarantees that all products and services are delivered in proper working condition. In case of technical issues with digital products, the customer will be offered a new download option free of charge.
If a physical product is damaged or defective, the customer is entitled to a replacement free of charge, provided that the complaint is submitted within 4 (four) business days from receipt.
Refunds are not offered; customers are entitled to a replacement product only.

Currency Conversion Statement
If prices are displayed in a foreign currency, the final amount will be converted to euros (EUR) before payment and presented to the customer.
Example of Currency Conversion:
All payments will be processed in euros (EUR). The amount charged to the customer’s credit card will be calculated according to the current exchange rate of the issuing bank. When the charge is made, the amount may be converted to the customer’s local currency based on the exchange rate of the credit card association, resulting in minor differences from the original price displayed on our website.
